The Redevelopment of Non-Conforming Industrial Clusters of New Delhi represented large-scale urban intervention addressing longstanding infrastructure and land-use challenges. Executed collaboratively with DSIIDC and industrial cluster associations, the project engaged complex policy, infrastructure, and community considerations.

New Delhi's industrial clusters, organized decades earlier under different planning frameworks, required modernization addressing multiple challenges. Overcrowding strained infrastructure and created hazardous working conditions. Obsolete infrastructure limited manufacturing capacity. Environmental non-compliance created pollution affecting workers and communities. The redevelopment initiative aligned with Delhi Master Plan 2041 objectives organizing industrial sectors as economically productive while environmentally sustainable.

Planning approach prioritized infrastructure modernization. Improved utilities enabled contemporary manufacturing standards.
